I have worked with Filip Szarduski throughout my academic and professional career. You will never meet a lawyer who can mediate a situation with an employer, or set your business up for success and clarity like Fil can. He is mindful of potential risks for litigation and provides excellent preventative counsel. He sets clear expectations around what he will be able to help with, and when it is important to consult to prevent future legal issues. Fil gives clear advice and works with you to reduce your billable hours wherever possible and believes in access to justice for the average person. Smart, thorough and friendly: I was so surprised and nervous after charges were brought against me. When I finally got over the shock I did some research about OSHA charges and found Filip Szadurski. He is an expert in this area and was quick to asses the difficulty of my case and develop a comprehensive strategy for my defense. The result was great and I'm relieved. Needed a quick turnaround on a complex employment offer involving cross-border entities and remote work. SpringLaw came through and Matt Chapman did an amazing job walking me through the risks and opportunities within the employment contract, often on short notice and with late evening appointments. The virtual nature of the firm is very convenient with all appointments, billing statements, and review sessions occurring virtually. Couldn’t be happier with their service.
